Business Analyst

Work with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, specify, and validate business needs and requirements for projects and enhancement requests, supporting the delivery of business and technology capabilities throughout the lifecycle. Interview stakeholders and gathering and compiling business, functional and system requirements. Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.

• Work with stakeholders to collect and prioritize requirements.
• Utilize various methods to collect requirements: interviews, workflows, use cases, scenarios, etc.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and feasibility.
• Utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements to developers and/or project teams.
• Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure specifications are correctly interpreted.
• Manage and track status of requirements throughout lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Communicate changes of business requirements to other stakeholders.
• Receive mentoring and coaching from senior staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst.
• Exposure to Retail Domain is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis for information technology delivery.
• Experience creating, managing, and using a requirements traceability matrix.
• Excellent written / verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate skills with MS Office tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity and able to independently drive resolution of issues and challenges.
• Understanding of application development lifecycle concepts.
• Shift timings will be GMT Hours: 2 PM till 11 PM IST
