Requirements
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and conduct system testing.
- Develop domain expertise in assigned financial systems and understand their integration with other enterprise applications.
- Design and document high-level functional requirements for new features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal development teams and communicate consistently with senior stakeholders.
- Understand solution architecture for Treasury, Trade Finance, and BFSI applications, and align them with the organization's technology landscape.
- Validate project deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams by articulating product features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Support the development of business cases by analyzing existing data and identifying areas for process improvement.
Ideal Experience:
- 510 years of experience in the Banking or BFSI domain.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Trade Finance
- Import/Export
- Bank Guarantees
- Open Accounts
- EDPM (Regulatory Compliance)
- LCBD (Letter of Credit Bill Discounting)
