Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in supporting government cloud infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with both stakeholders and large product teams, as well as strong experience with understanding, breaking down, and translating program requirements.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements for enterprise infrastructure projects.

• Document processes and workflows for change, configuration, release, and problem management.

• Assist in IT Lab management, innovation projects, and cloud service development.

• Develop reports and dashboards to track system performance, security compliance, and asset lifecycle.

• Provide risk assessments for proposed changes and develop business impact analyses.

• Bridge communication between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

• Support IT Lab use cases, cloud migration planning, and infrastructure integration testing.

Requirements

• Business analysis and IT infrastructure knowledge.

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Understanding of cloud and hybrid IT environments.

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

• US Citizenship Required
