Business Analysis Manager

Corteva Agriscience LLC seeks a full-time Business Analysis Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. This position performs strategic financial and business analysis for production plants to drive business transformation, continuous improvement processes and cost competitive supply, quantify business impact of gaps and operations improvements, and justify financial resources needed to support performance improvement in collaboration with leadership team and Regional Manufacturing Finance (Regional Business Analysis Manager - BAM) network.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of related (progressive, postbaccalaureate) experience in a finance, production engineering or supply chain/maintenance coordinator, project management, or related position. Must also have 60 months of experience with each of the following: (1) driving business transformation and continuous improvement processes in the food and/or agriculture industry; (2) benchmarking performance metrics for manufacturing and supply chain operations, change management and operational transformation; (3) using SAP ERP, SCM, CRM, APO, Amazon SES, and CATS; (4) using KPI dashboards, including Tableau and PowerBI; and (5) using DMAIC and Global Project Management (GMP) processes. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Telecommuting available from anywhere in US. HQ at 9330 Zionsville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46268. Salary: $126,700 to $197,960/year.
