The ideal candidate for Rushdown is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be an engineer responsible for maintaining and building things related to game and backend builds and pipelines.

Responsibilities :

Improving build performance.
Expertise with automated testing.
Help implement new build pipelines and features.
Put on your troubleshooting hat and diagnose game build failures.
Increase reliability and observability of build systems.
Available for on-call rotations.

Requirements

Strong interest in gaming.

2+ professional years creating/maintaining build systems for games built in Unreal Engine.
Strong experience with scripting languages like Python or Groovy.
XP with building content tools and pipelines.
Positive attitude - willing to help others and mentor less experienced engineers.
Strong communicator - proactive about unblocking yourself, asking questions, and navigating obstacles with a team.
AWS experience.
Jenkins Experience.
