This position may be filled in any of our U.S. offices. -- Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a senior attorney experienced in the regulation of broker-dealers. The candidate must be a self-starter with a strong academic background, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The position involves a significant amount of work in international regulatory issues impacting broker-dealers and banks, broker-dealer compliance, Fintech, and investment adviser regulatory matters. Any H&K office location will be considered.
