We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Fredericksburg, VA. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

• Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel.
• Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
• Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
• Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.
• Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.

Required Qualifications:

+ The successful candidate's background will include:

• HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred)
• 3-5 years? management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment .
• The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business
• Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
• Clean driving record (required)
• Computer skills (required)
• SAP experience A PLUS!
