How You'll Contribute:

Kaufman Rossin's Family Office Services is looking for Bookkeepers! This is a great opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients within a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data, with the ability to produce clear financial reports.

• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of clients
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll

Requirements

What Skills You'll Bring:

• Any experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
• Proficiency with Bill.com or Xero a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills detail-oriented

How You'll Stand Out:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work periodic overtime
• Previous Family Office-specific experience
