Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery. We serve our clients in various settings, including center-based, in-home, and school environments, allowing for flexible and supportive care tailored to each individual?s needs. YOUR VALUED ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
• Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings.
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client progress.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on ABA best practices.
