Requirements
- Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; reviewand update on a regular basis.
- Conduct Functional BehaviorAssessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Provide direct supervision andtraining to behavior technicians in clients? homes.
- Analyze data and implementdata-driven program changes.
- Maintain positive communicationwith parents.
- Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualizedgoals into the family's daily routines, thus providing parent training.
- Excellent organizational skillswith attention to detail.
- Communicative & collaborative.
- Committed to purposeful care
- Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years ofhome-based ABA experience.
- Familiarity with a variety ofClinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
