Job Summary:

A Billing Receptionist at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan will be a critical part of the billing team, they will ensure our incoming client calls are routed to the account representatives and monitored for timely responses and completion. This role will support the billing team as needed.

Work Environment:

On-site, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, day shift

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a receptionist for the billing department.
• Answering incoming calls from clients expediently and entering the details of each call accurately into database.
• Route calls to appropriate account representative in billing and track call to a timely completion.
• Communication and escalate any stalls in the process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills a must; must be able to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail when documenting client questions or concerns.
• High sense of urgency.
• High accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and or Google Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of CRMs preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, not required.
