Billing and Invoice Associate

• Bill shipments pursuant to applicable structures and rate pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve delivery errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including rate quotes, invoice discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing
• Process customer payments

• Bill of lading and delivery ticket review
• Customer pricing analysis and tax review
• Assist in period closing procedures and account reconciliations
• Work closely with operational and sales teams on completing sales orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable with deadlines and achieving targets or goals.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to details

Requirements

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned:

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
