Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Sales Director to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for:

1. Direct our Sales Coordinators and sales team to capture and follow up on leads.

2. Design and implement strategies to achieve the Firm's sales objectives and growth expectations

3. Analyze and establish improvements to our sales processes to achieve the Firm's strategic objectives.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Directing sales, sale of services, sales by chat or call center sales (BPO)

2. You are a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills.

3. Are you kind and empathetic?

4. You have a knack for interpersonal relationships and are passionate about helping others.

5. You can work independently and as part of a team.

6. You have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

7. Are you allowed to travel twice a year at least?

8. You are fluent in English and Spanish
