Job Description
Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates.We are hiring a Bilingual Payments/ ATM Technical Analyst to support our operations and technology team as well as project support. You will be responsible for automating, integrating, and improving software development and business processes specifically in payments technology.The Payments/ATM Analyst is responsible for solving Level 2 & 3 escalated Payments/ATM support issues from the operations teams. This position will also take on project manager role for technical projects. This is a full-time office position located in New Orleans, LA.
Responsibilities:
Automating Business Processes through technology
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, telecommunication, networks and providing quick solutions to minimize downtime
Provides Level 3 ATM/Payments support.
Creates ATM software images via Python Scripting
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Improve and troubleshoot ATM screen flow
Participate in implementations
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience
Spanish and English speaking and English fluency is required
Office 365: 2 years (Preferred)
Telecommunications / Networking Protocols: 1 years (Required)
SQL: 2 years (Required)
Python or other scripting language: 1 year (Preferred)
XML: 1 year (Required)
Technical background, with hands-on experience in payments solutions and systems (Required)
