Bilingual Night Manager

City Wide of Gulf Coast, FL is seeking a Bilingual Night Manager to oversee accounts in an assigned territory, coordinate service providers, and work with the Account Manager on resolving customer issues.

As a City Wide Gulf Coast, FL Bilingual Night Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers, communicate with the Account Manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, and maintaining records and inventories. You will develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.

This is a Night Manager positionrequired working hours are full time 6:00 pm to 2:00 am with potential bi-weekends. Must be able to work these hours exclusively and have a flexible schedule.

• Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous management experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish) mandatory
• Facility management/ Janitorialbackground (preferred)

Requirements

• 6 months of related experience and/or training
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Solid understanding of basic business math
• Strong Microsoft Office, internet and email communication (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Prompt, regular attendance.
• Must reside in the Panama City Beach, FL
• Must be Bilingual and have own transportation.
• Must have an Iphone or Ipad
