Job Description


Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are hiring a Bilingual ATM Helpdesk Representative for our Spring, TX office. The ATM Helpdesk Representative is responsible for monitoring ATMs for service outages and dispatching service companies and technicians.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work could vary between the following hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. C.S.T., weekends 8:00 am6 pm. C.S.T.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitors ATMs for service issues using monitoring tools
  • Resolves equipment malfunctions remotely by troubleshooting
  • Opens tickets and service orders for ATMs that require on-site troubleshooting.
  • Ensures that all service tickets are resolved and escalates to service manager when an issue arises.
  • Responsible for providing customer support via telephone and email
  • Manage service vendor relationships to ensure service issues are resolved quickly, and keep customers and vendors updated throughout the process
  • Ensure all calls made to the ATM Help Desk are properly documented and followed through to a final resolution, as well as ensure the ticket system is updated with accurate and timely information

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent (Required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to assignment of duties, and manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Good knowledge of standard computer software packages (Microsoft Office Outlook, Work, and Excel)
