Bid Coordinator A bid coordinatormanages the bidding process for a company or organization, which can include proposals, tenders, and bids for various projects.They work with different teams and departments to ensure the process is efficient and runs smoothly
- Proposal management:Overseeing the creation and submission of bids, and crafting responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs
- Coordination and communication:Organizing meetings, presentations, and updates to promote a collaborative environment
- Business development:Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager in acquiring new business, marketing, and social media activities
- Bid library management:Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content
- Case studies and reference materials:Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Customer due diligence:Ensuring customer due diligence and terms of business agreements are in place
