Partner with the best

The APJ/India team partners with regional HR and key stakeholders to build impactful strategies. They support localized programs and benefits tailored for relevance.

As a Benefits and Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing wellness programs, including health screenings and mental health initiatives, while tracking and managing related expenditures.

Assisting employees regarding benefits issues and answering employee queries about the wellness program.

Maintaining employee-facing benefits and wellness information on the company intranet, plan documents, and country-specific Benefits Highlights sheets.

Writing and distributing regional employee benefits and wellness communications.

Partnering with HR Operations to develop and maintain process documentation related to program administration.

Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and community providers to support wellness programs.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.

Have relevant professional experience in administering or managing benefits and wellness programs

Have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and track details in a dynamic environment

Have solid written and verbal communication skills

Be a dedicated team player, comfortable working in a matrixed organization

Have familiarity with benefits and wellness programs in the APJ/India region

Have good exposure in end-to-end program management on benefits and wellness activities

Have a passion for your own personal well-being and hobbies reflecting that
