• Scheduling Support:?A dedicated team ensures consistent client scheduling
• Quality & Reporting:?Ongoing support with documentation, training, and quality control
• Billing:?Full management of claims and reimbursement
• Administrative Support:?Includes practicum students, floor managers, and front desk teams
• Behavior Technician Hiring & Training:?Centralized recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Career Development for BTs:?Structured pathways to ensure a well-trained, motivated team

• BCBA certification
• Bachelor's degree (entry-level candidates welcome)
