Bartender/Server

Billy Jack's Shack is a lively dive bar/restaurant looking for enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our team. In this dual role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, mix and serve a variety of beverages, and efficiently manage food and drink orders. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and your passion for customer service will be key to enhancing the dining experience. • Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately from customers
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about the menu and drinks
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space during shifts
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food and beverage service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender, Server, or similar role in a restaurant or bar
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
