Barista

Coco's Donuts & Coffee Bar is seeking a passionate Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Your role will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages accurately and efficiently
• Educate customers about our menu items and offer recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment
• Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Process transactions and handle cash register operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn new techniques
