Job Description
We are seeking to expand our Business Reorganization Team with the addition of a first chair level partner with portable business. Significant experience in Chapter 11 cases representing debtors, committees and fiduciaries required, and bankruptcy litigation experience is preferred. A team attitude and a collaborative approach to dealing with colleagues at our firm and with our counterparties is essential. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive while working in a closely knit collaborative team environment, work well under pressure and are willing to work hard while having fun and who consistently strive to deliver exceptional client service and work product of the highest quality. Member of The Florida Bar or a commitment to be admitted is required.
