Bankruptcy Attorney (NJ) - Attorneys McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with litigation and complex bankruptcy experience for the Firm?s Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission required, New York bar admission a plus. ApplyResponsibilities: Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues; Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery; Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice. Qualifications: JD from an ABA accredited law school; Admission to the New Jersey bar; Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
