Our Chambers-ranked Banking and Finance Group delivers solutions for the country?s largest and most highly regarded financial institutions as well as non-traditional providers of credit. We provide our clients with skilled representation in commercial and industrial asset-based finance, commercial real estate and construction finance, loan syndications and a variety of other credit arrangements.

Ideal candidates will have 3-10 years of experience representing banks and/or other lenders in commercial finance transactions, including commercial/industrial, real estate and construction financing. Candidates must have experience preparing and negotiating loan agreements, collateral documents and third-party documents as well as performing property/collateral and entity due diligence. In addition, candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission by examination or waiver. This is an in-person position in our Grand Rapids office.
