Banking And Finance Associate

Dickinson Wright seeks an associate attorney to join our banking and finance practice group. Candidates must have 3 4 ? 5 6 years' experience in banking and finance law representing lenders in drafting commercial loan documents (including loan agreements and security documents) and closing commercial loans that are secured principally by personal property and property. Successful candidates must have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense. Successful candidates will also sense, be proactive, with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and multiple files and competing deadlines.
