Backend Superintendent

Essel , a reputable construction company, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and change orders
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• OSHA certification is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
