We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Java Developer with 35 years of experience to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with hands-on experience in building scalable and robust backend systems on AWS infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, solve complex technical challenges, and interface with top-tier clients.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance public-facing APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement distributed components using Java, ensuring fault tolerance and scalability.
• Create and evolve frameworks and design patterns for enterprise-scale applications.
• Work closely with customers, including Fortune 500 companies, to understand strategic requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in defining technical requirements, design discussions (HLD/LLD), and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and asynchronous systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for backend systems.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and integrate best practices to maximize system efficiency and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery.
• Be flexible to work from client locations based on project demands.

• Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot .
• Proficient in designing and building Microservices architectures .
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common Design Patterns .
• In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms , with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Skilled in RESTful API development , distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Agile methodologies , and DevOps best practices.
• Capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with big data technologies such as Kafka , Spark , or Hadoop .
• Exposure to application support, integration development, and production systems.
• Knowledge of parallel processing environments and job automation.
