The client is managing multiple domains and has encountered challenges they need help resolving. A fast turnaround is essential, as the client is ready and waiting for immediate support.
Expert Requirements

Programming/Scripting Knowledge:

• Basic scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating DNS record checks or generating keys.

Familiarity with Email Testing Tools:

• Tools like Mail Tester , MXToolbox , or Google Admin Toolbox to diagnose authentication issues.

Understanding of Multi-Domain Email Systems:

• Experience working with alias domains, subdomains, or domain aliases in complex setups.
