Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with qualified leads generated by the sales team.

Conduct sales presentations and discussions to showcase our B2B solutions and their benefits.

Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Handle objections and concerns from potential clients with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on closing deals.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
