Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Asset Finance team at a top law firm in New York , with opportunities also available for candidates in California and Colorado . This is an exciting opportunity to work on aviation finance transactions with a highly regarded firm.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in complex aviation finance deals.
Experience with general equipment finance or maritime finance is a plus.
Exposure to capital markets is an added advantage.

Requirements :

Aviation finance experience is essential.
New York bar admission required, with immediate transferable skills.
Strong academic background , and exceptional writing and communication skills .

Compensation : $260,000 - $390,000 (location dependent).
