This position is critical in building client relationships and driving growth within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Business Development Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring profit/loss accountability.- Identify and secure new business opportunities, generating new leads.- Manage project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met.- Develop proposals and lead project-related efforts.- Conduct project kick-off meetings, set up data in internal systems, and ensure QA/QC is performed.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.- Ensure timely communication with clients and team members, anticipating project issues.- Track project status, ensuring timely collections and proper documentation.

Travel Requirements:

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Skills BA/BS in Civil Engineering or related field.

Advanced knowledge of the aviation industry and solutions.

6+ years of Project Management experience in aviation/civil engineering or 10+ years of related experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Professional Engineering (PE) license in Missouri (required).

Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
