Byrider is growing! Auto Tech/Mechanic needed for our A/C & Heated shop!

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Rewards:

• Total pay is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
• Good hourly pay based on experience (not flat rate)
• 45 hours a week is guaranteed
• Monday-Friday daytime work hours
• Extra quarterly tool bonus pay ($2,000 per year)
• Extra monthly bonus pay (up to $3,600 per year)
• Extra quarterly bonus (profit sharing)
• Good benefits & paid time off
• Optional Saturday work at a higher pay rate
• Career growth to Buyer, Manager, or Specialist
• Use of a company car
• No upselling or overbilling customers

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & repair customer vehicles
• R&R engines & transmissions (no rebuild & only 2-3 a month)
• Help ensure a safe work environment

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Requirements:

• Auto Mechanic/Auto Tech experience
• Able to R&R engines & transmissions occasionally
• Able to diagnose a vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Set of tools (specialty tools provided)

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Work Hours:

• Monday-Friday
• 45 hours a week guaranteed
• 7 am-5 pm (Shop Hours)
• Optional work is available at a higher pay rate
• No nights or weekends!
