Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve various vehicle problems, including electrical systems, engines, brakes, and suspension.
- Thoroughly examine and evaluate customer vehicles to identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive reports on repairs and inspections, ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and techniques by actively participating in continuous learning and training.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician by being a State of Michigan Certified Automotive Technician
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ASE certification is a plus
