Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking the right individual who's well experienced as a service advisor and highly interested in supporting a top-level independent service center that has been in business for decades. We strive to provide excellent customer service and expert repairs at the highest levels. We're equipped with modern tools and equipment so that we can get the job done right the first time.

We're looking for someone to fulfill the following duties:

• Provide excellent customer communications skills (spoken and written)
• Carrying out tasks by utilizing web browsers, google drive apps, parts catalogs, communicator apps, etc.
• Customer write-up/check-ins
• Vehicle road test, with the client if necessary
• Assemble job estimates
• Review findings with clients
• Parts acquisition, shop parts, supplies, etc.
• Vehicle Research
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls, set appointments
• Monitor the progress of vehicle services and keep clients updated.
• Always gain approval for recommended services with proper documentation
• Abide by company standards and best practices
• Continuing education and professional development

Requirements

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- Must be a team player and have a professional attitude
