Automotive Finance Manager

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Focus the retail facility selling and financing process on qualifying and counseling customers on F&I options and owner care products.
• Develop and achieve aggressive monthly sales and profitability goals targeting high lease and retail penetration of F&I products, as well as high sales of after-purchase products and services.
• Promote finance and extra service contracts. Answer all rate related finance questions regardless of their role in the particular deal and obtain finance approval from lending institutions on all finance deals.
• Check all paperwork on both finance and cash deals to ensure title, lien, taxes, and other related delivery documents are correct.
• Ensure all activities in the financing of each vehicle support and contribute to the attainment of retail facility sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Train and coach sales representatives to properly set up customers in order to provide a successful transition to the finance offices.
• Must personally complete the delivery process in order to maintain dealership compliance and maximize the profit opportunity for the dealership on all deals (cash, lease, or finance).
• Prepare and maintain F&I daily operating control.

PAY RANGE: $150K - 250K Commission Based

Requirements

• Previous and relevant automotive management experience is required. 3+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience is preferred.
• Experience with e-contracting strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
