Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for auto body repairs.

• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Coordinate with technicians, customers, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth operations.

• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for repairs and customer service.

• Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies.

• Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.

• Provide leadership and training to staff members.
