Key Responsibilities:

The Kit Auditor will timely and safely complete responsibilities:

Audit kit carts for completeness and accuracy as assigned by the IML supervisor

Align defects and concerns with Ryder Quality Auditor

Work collaboratively with Ryder pickers and supervisors to correct any identified defects

Provide audit process feedback to the IML supervisor

Always follow all safety rules and regulations.

Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of manufacturing material handling experience

Must possess or be able to pass a Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Driver certification

Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 30lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow procedures, best practices, and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
