Position OverviewGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join a reputable audiological clinic in Ocala, FL. In this role, you will improve patients' lives by providing advanced hearing care solutions, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing patient support. You'll also contribute to clinic growth through education, outreach, and exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hearing evaluations and interpret results
- Recommend and fit hearing aids and other assistive devices
- Educate patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in community outreach events and clinic marketing efforts
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in audiology
- Help grow the practice through exceptional service and relationship-building

Requirements
Qualifications- Education: Master's or Doctorate in Audiology (Required)
- Licensure: Valid Florida state license or eligibility for licensure (Required)
- Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in hearing aid fitting, dispensing, and patient aftercare
- Strong track record of helping patients select appropriate amplification
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hearing aid technology, and EMR systems
- Soft Skills:
- Empathetic patient communication
- Team player with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Earn $95,000 $130,000 annually (base + commission potential)
- Paid Time Off: 10 days annually (granted January 1st; pro-rated if hired mid-year)
- Sick & Safe Leave: 80 hours per year
- Holidays: 8 paid company holidays
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance (with $400/month company contribution)
- Life Insurance: $25,000 policy provided by employer
