Post & Schell seeks an experienced tax attorney to join the firm, working in conjunction with its business law practice. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of general tax experience with a particular emphasis on general business and transactional tax issues. Experience with counseling for tax-exempt organizations is a plus. This is a flexible position that would work well for an individual with some existing business, as the Firm supplies a supportive environment to assist in growing your practice. All candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania. LLM in Taxation desired, but not required. Competitive compensation and benefits.
