Scope of Work The potential scope of work may include, among other tasks, (1) drafting business/corporate contracts; (2) representing buyers or sellers of residential, agricultural, or commercial real estate; (3) representing buyers or sellers of businesses, including advising regarding due diligence, negotiations, and documentation of transactions; (4) establishing limited liability companies, corporations, and other business entities; (5) merger and acquisition transactions; (6) counseling clients regarding corporate governance documents.
