Associate Vertical Content Manager

Raindrop is a fast-growing agency and the leader in Marketing People Love. We're looking for a passionate Associate Vertical Content Manager with strong experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing to help us create, manage, and scale our clients? social content.

By forming a dynamic partnership with our Social Media team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our creative game through engaging video content. From conceptualizing and filming vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, Meta ads, and more, you'll transform ideas into scroll-stopping social content. Collaborating closely with our internal teams in a fast-paced agency environment, you'll curate, shoot, and refine high-quality content. This is a fantastic opportunity to channel your passion for creativity and significantly influence our clients social media success.

This role will also be an on-camera representative for our clients by creating original content from a first-person perspective.

It's imperative that you are strategic, adaptable, and relentlessly passionate about creating effective content while staying on the cutting edge of social media trends. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Punch up, edit, or re-purpose existing assets from Raindrop's content database.
• Create vertical videos with quick turnaround for the social team to use.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Account Managers to understand client needs
• Collaborate with other departments to create campaign concepts
• Assist with pre-production elements, such as casting, prop management, shot list.
• Live and breathe social. You know the trends before they are trending.
• Be a storyteller who loves creating engaging content.
• Shoot vertical video content in your home and at the Raindrop studio.
• Partner closely with production, motion design and editing teams to produce vertical content.
• Work through client edits.
• Assist in building process and organization of asset creation.
• Understand what catches people's attention through social posts and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on social and video trends and techniques through ongoing training.
• Comfortable to be on camera for certain brands.
• Ideate new content and find new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in content creation for social
• Fluent in video editing software native to iPhone while ensuring the content is on-brand and eye-catching.
• Thorough understanding of lighting, framing, and camera equipment
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. is a plus.
