Associate Therapist Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Therapist to join our dynamic team in Westchester, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client population while receiving ongoing supervision and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, effectively managing a caseload of 25 clients per week.

Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.

Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based therapies through continuous professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Eligibility for Associate Therapist licensure in California.

Experience in a clinical or counseling setting is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
