One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate Proposals Writer in United States .

As an Associate Proposals Writer, you will support the Senior Proposals Manager in creating persuasive, customer-focused content for proposals. You will assist in tailoring proposal materials to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring that all content reflects the company's unique benefits and competitive advantages. This role is a great opportunity for early-career writers to develop expertise in sales writing and proposal strategy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the company's business development efforts.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and deadlines.
  • Edit and customize proposal content to address client-specific needs while maintaining consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with senior writers and subject matter experts to craft compelling proposal content that highlights the company's differentiators.
  • Organize proposal materials, track deadlines, and assemble final submission documents in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to writing tasks for sales documents, such as product descriptions and team bios, ensuring alignment with the proposal's overall messaging.
  • Maintain and update content libraries to ensure standardized responses are current and relevant.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing, sales writing, marketing, or content creation, or equivalent writing skills.
  • Classroom experience or related educational field experience (2+ years) is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail, clarity, and a persuasive writing style.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools.
  • Experience in K-12 education or EdTech sales is a plus.
