Associate Project Manager

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager who will serve as a Scrum Master, leading Agile projects and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. As an Associate Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive the successful completion of projects.

• Lead Agile projects, acting as the Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, user stories, and sprint backlogs
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, specifically Scrum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience using project management tools and software
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
