Authenticate™ (Santa Monica, CA) is looking for a talented, hard-working, India-based Associate Product Manager to be a utility player on our development team. We provide services for identity verification and fraud prevention to add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, stop loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on the most accurate, verifiable data.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with our developers and operations to design, build, and roll out products that deliver our vision and strategy.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and success of our company's product. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy, overseeing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's vision and goals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and market-leading products that drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will be required to annotate the Jira and Trello boards we use frequently and update the team regularly.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for our products, aligned with the company's vision and objectives
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear and prioritized product roadmap, considering market dynamics, customer insights, and business goals
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer pain points and business priorities
  • User Experience: Work closely with design and engineering teams to create exceptional user experiences, employing best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
  • Cross-functional teams collaboration: Work cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to establish go-to-market strategies for health insurance products
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales teams, and industry partners, to drive product adoption and achieve business objectives
  • Any other task as may be assigned

Requirements

  • You have excellent communication

  • Strategise and problem-solve with the rest of our development team
  • Minimum 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience as a product manager or in a similar software/technology industry role.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent time & project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic about solving the problems we face.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented personality.
  • Team player.
  • Experienced carrying a high workload in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment and relentlessly focused on impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
