Associate Packaging Engineer

Our client, a leading packaging company, is seeking an Entry- Level Associate Packaging Engineer to join their team.

As an Associate Packaging Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Development team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, working knowledge of packaging technologies and test methodology, and the ability to lead and coordinate various task teams.

What's the Job?

Develop innovative and cost-effective packaging to address company objectives while adhering to project timelines and established budgets.

Complete packaging validation through standard testing and issues specifications following industry testing standards.

Apply technical knowledge and understanding to day-to-day decision making.

Provide routine engineering work on project teams under guidance from more senior engineers.

Perform packaging testing and validation using specific tools or techniques.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or Engineering degree with some consumer packaging development experience.

Recent college grad with relevel Degree are fine.

Working knowledge of packaging technologies and test methodology.

Excellent project management skills.

Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.

Able to lead and coordinate various task teams.
