Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith, PLC seeks an attorney with 1-5+ years of defense litigation experience to join our small and collegial team. Experience handling insurance defense, personal injury and premises liability is preferred. We have a wide variety of cases in this office including trucking and transportation litigation and several wrongful death cases. While the majority of our work is personal injury based, we do offer potential opportunities to engage in numerous other areas of law including: first-party insurance, professional liability, zoning and land use disputes, construction defect litigation, contract disputes, homeowners? association disputes and product liability claims.
