The ideal candidate must have three to five years of litigation experience, preferably at a boutique labor and employment firm or in the employment practices group at a general practice firm. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Texas.
