Attorney with 2-8+ years of insurance defense case litigation management. Experience with one or more of the following practice areas is preferred: general liability, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, trucking and transportation, and/or maritime law. Deposition experience is a significant plus. Attorney with 0-5 years of construction defect experience or significant connection to or interest in the construction industry. Attorney with 1-3 years of maritime insurance defense litigation experience. Strong writing skills are required.
