As a key member of our team, you will represent clients in all phases of construction-related litigation, from pre-trial motions to trial preparation and resolution. We have a clear partner path for highly motivated individuals. In addition, we would also consider attorneys with litigation experience who are interested in joining this specialized practice. Represent clients in insurance defense matters related to construction accidents, labor disputes, and contractual issues. Minimum of [2] years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on construction labor litigation preferred. Strong knowledge of construction law, including OSHA regulations, labor laws, and indemnity agreements.
